Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
We built Serplify for measurement, testing, and growth — not deception. This policy explains what our products are for and where we draw the line. It applies to everyone who uses the SERP API, Website Traffic, or SEO Traffic.
What our products are for
- SERP API — collecting public search-result data for rank tracking, monitoring, research, and building tools.
- Website Traffic — testing pages, warming up new sites, and adding measurable visibility for sites you own or are authorized to promote.
- SEO Traffic (CTR) — sending real human clicks to study organic click-through rate and search visibility for your own pages.
What we don't allow
You agree not to use Serplify to:
- Inflate ad impressions or clicks, or defraud any ad network, affiliate program, or pay-per-click system.
- Fake metrics to mislead investors, advertisers, partners, or buyers.
- Send traffic or clicks to sites you don't own or aren't authorized to promote.
- Target illegal content, malware, phishing, or anything that harms users.
- Harass competitors — for example, driving traffic to damage someone else's analytics or ad accounts.
- Resell raw API access in violation of your plan, or attempt to bypass rate limits and quotas.
Honest expectations
We provide real signal and real data. We do not guarantee search rankings, and we won't claim to "game" Google for you. Our SEO Traffic product is a way to test and measure click-through behavior — treat it as an experiment tool, not a ranking guarantee.
Enforcement
If we find use that breaks this policy, we may pause or close the account. For serious or illegal abuse, we may act without notice and cooperate with law enforcement. If you're unsure whether a use case is allowed, ask us first — we'd rather have the conversation than guess.
