How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, and usually much sooner during EU/US working hours. Sales and technical questions go to the right person, not a shared queue, so the first reply is from someone who can actually help.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every product has trial credit so you can test before you commit — run live SERP queries, send a small traffic batch, or try a CTR campaign. The SERP API includes credit to test the live endpoint with no card required.

Can I get custom or volume pricing?

For sustained volume we offer committed-use discounts below list price. Tell us your monthly SERP request count or traffic volume and we'll put together a quote. Talk to sales to start.

Do you offer onboarding for agencies?

Yes. Agencies and resellers get help wiring up client reporting, multi-seat access, and per-client targeting. Mention "agency" in your message and we'll set up a working session.

Do you have an SLA or uptime guarantee?

We operate the SERP API to a 99.9% uptime target and publish live status at status.serplify.io. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA with support response times — ask sales for the terms.
